  • W. Randall Fowler
    Director, Co-Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer

    Mr. Fowler has served as Co-Chief Executive Officer since January 2020 and has been a director of Enterprise GP since September 2011. He also serves as Co-Chairman of the Capital Projects Committee. Mr. Fowler previously served as President and Chief Financial Officer of Enterprise GP from August 2018 to January 2020, President of Enterprise GP from January 2016 to August 2018 and as Chief Administrative Officer of Enterprise GP from April 2015 to January 2016. He served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Enterprise GP from November 2010 to March 2015 and as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of EPGP from August 2007 to November 2010. He also served as President and Chief Executive Officer of DEP GP from April 2010 until September 2011 and as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of DEP GP from August 2007 to April 2010. He served as a director of DEP GP from September 2006 until September 2011.

    Mr. Fowler served as Senior Vice President and Treasurer of EPGP from February 2005 to August 2007 and of DEP GP from October 2006 to August 2007. Mr. Fowler also previously served as a director of EPGP and of Holdings GP from February 2006 to May 2010. Mr. Fowler also served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Holdings GP from August 2005 to August 2007. Mr. Fowler was elected Vice Chairman and Chief Financial Officer of EPCO in May 2010. He previously served as President and Chief Executive Officer of EPCO from December 2007 to May 2010 and as its Chief Financial Officer from April 2005 to December 2007.

    Mr. Fowler, a Certified Public Accountant (inactive), joined Enterprise as Director of Investor Relations in January 1999. Mr. Fowler also serves as Chairman of the Board of the Energy Infrastructure Council (formerly Master Limited Partnership Association). Mr. Fowler is on the Advisory Board of Alerian, an independent provider of master limited partnership market intelligence, which includes its benchmark Alerian MLP Index (AMZ). He also serves on the Advisory Board for the College of Business at Louisiana Tech University.

    A. J. Teague
    Director and Co-Chief Executive Officer

    Mr. Teague has served as Co-Chief Executive Officer since January 2020 and has been a director of Enterprise GP since November 2010. He also serves as Co-Chairman of the Capital Projects Committee. Mr. Teague previously served as Chief Executive Officer of Enterprise GP from January 2016 to January 2020, Chief Operating Officer of Enterprise GP from November 2010 to December 2015, and Executive Vice President of Enterprise GP from November 2010 until February 2013. He served as Executive Vice President of EPGP from November 1999 to November 2010 and additionally as a director from July 2008 to November 2010 and as Chief Operating Officer from September 2010 to November 2010. In addition, he served as EPGP’s Chief Commercial Officer from July 2008 until September 2010. He served as Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer of DEP GP from July 2008 to September 2011. He previously served as a director of DEP GP from July 2008 to May 2010 and as a director of Holdings GP from October 2009 to May 2010. Mr. Teague joined Enterprise in connection with its purchase of certain midstream energy assets from affiliates of Shell Oil Company in 1999. From 1998 to 1999, he served as President of Tejas Natural Gas Liquids, LLC, then an affiliate of Shell. From 1997 to 1998, he was President of Marketing and Trading for MAPCO, Inc. Mr. Teague also serves on the board of Solaris Oilfield Infrastructure, Inc.

    Graham W. Bacon
    Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer

He previously served as Executive Vice President, Operations and Engineering from October 2015 to August 2019, as Group Senior Vice President, Operations and Environmental, Health, Safety & Training from February 2014 to October 2015, as Senior Vice President, Operations from January 2012 to February 2014, as a Vice President, Operations from June 2006 to January 2012, and as a Vice President, Engineering from September 2005 to May 2006. He joined Enterprise in 1991 and has held a variety of operations and engineering roles. Prior to joining Enterprise, Mr. Bacon worked for Vista Chemical Company. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Texas A&M University and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Oklahoma City University.

    R. Daniel Boss
    Executive VP-Accounting, Risk Control and Information Technology

    Mr. Boss was elected as Executive Vice President-Accounting, Risk Control and Information Technology of Enterprise GP in January 2020. He previously served as Senior Vice President-Accounting and Risk Control from August 2016 to January 2020 and Senior Vice President, Regulated Business from March 2015 to August 2016. He served as Vice President, Risk Control from April 2013 to March 2015 and Senior Director, Risk Control from January 2010 to March 2013. While serving in these positions, Mr. Boss was Chairman of the Risk Management Committee and had responsibilities for marketing risk management policies, transaction controls and derivatives and hedging strategies compliance. Mr. Boss also served as Director, Volume Accounting from November 2008 until January 2010 where he was responsible for gas marketing and commodity derivatives accounting, hedging and reporting. Prior to joining Enterprise, Mr. Boss held leadership positions with Merrill Lynch Commodities and Dynegy Inc.

    Christian M. Nelly
    Executive Vice President - Finance and Treasurer

    2020欧冠时间Mr. Nelly was elected as Executive Vice President-Finance and Treasurer of Enterprise GP in January 2020. Mr. Nelly is responsible for managing Enterprise’s financing activities, business planning and analysis, credit, cash management, corporate risk and insurance, investor relations and public relations groups. Mr. Nelly previously served as Senior Vice President – Finance and Treasurer from March 2019 to January 2020; Vice President and Treasurer from April 2015 to February 2019; Senior Director of Finance from April 2011 until March 2015; and Director of Finance from January 2008 to March 2011. Prior to joining Enterprise, Mr. Nelly spent 10 years with various corporate and investment banks where he executed transactions and maintained relationships with midstream and upstream energy companies and gained experience in strategic advisory, valuation, mergers and acquisitions, and capital raising. Mr. Nelly earned a B.B.A. in Finance from the Hankamer School of Business at Baylor University.

    Robert D. Sanders
    Executive Vice President, Asset Optimization

    2020欧冠时间Mr. Sanders was elected as Executive Vice President, Asset Optimization of Enterprise GP in January 2020. He served as Senior Vice President, Asset Optimization from January 2015 to January 2020 and Vice President, Asset Optimization from June 2011 to January 2015. Mr. Sanders has served Enterprise in several capacities, including as Director of Asset Optimization from September 2006 to June 2011, Director of NGL Pipelines from December 2005 to September 2006, and Director of International Business from November 2004 to December 2005. Mr. Sanders has been in the midstream oil and gas business for over 35 years. Prior to joining Enterprise in 1979, he worked for the Texas Railroad Commission as an investigative auditor from 1976 to 1979. Mr. Sanders also served as a Director for OTLP GP, LLC, the general partner of Oiltanking Partners, L.P. from October 2014 until February 2015.

    Brent B. Secrest
    Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer

    Mr. Secrest has served as Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer since September 2019. He previously served as Senior Vice President, Commercial from July 2018 to August 2019, as Senior Vice President, Liquid Hydrocarbons Marketing from May 2016 to June 2018, as Vice President, Crude Oil and Refined Products Marketing from October 2015 to May 2016 and as Vice President, Crude Oil Pipelines and Terminals from October 2012 to October 2015. He has also served in various other leadership positions, including in the areas of NGL marketing and supply, commercial development, distribution, and business analysis. Mr. Secrest has over 20 years of experience in the energy industry and began his career at Basis Petroleum Inc. prior to joining Enterprise in 1996.

    Harry P. Weitzel
    Director and Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary

    Mr. Weitzel was elected as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Enterprise GP in January 2020. He was elected as a director of Enterprise GP and as a member of its Capital Projects Committee in November 2016. Mr. Weitzel previously served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary from April 2016 to January 2020 and as Senior Vice President, Deputy General Counsel and Secretary from January 2015 to April 2016. He is responsible for all legal functions of the Company, including securities, litigation, employment, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and commercial transactions.

    Mr. Weitzel has extensive experience as a commercial litigator, having practiced over 24 years in Texas and California. He has successfully represented individual, corporate and governmental clients as plaintiffs and defendants in a wide variety of business-related matters. Mr. Weitzel has tried cases in state and federal courts, as well as arbitrations under the AAA, JAMS and the ICC. He has handled appeals in state and federal courts. Prior to joining Enterprise, Mr. Weitzel was a commercial litigation partner with Pepper Hamilton LLP in Irvine, California from October 2009 to December 2014. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Texas Christian University and a JD from Harvard Law School.

    Anthony C. Chovanec
    Senior Vice President

    Mr. Chovanec was elected Senior Vice President in June 2014. He heads the Company’s Fundamentals/Supply Appraisal Team which was formed in 2010 and is responsible for the evaluation of the key supply and demand trends around the Company’s five business lines: Natural Gas, Natural Gas Liquids, Crude Oil, Refined Products and Petrochemicals. These analyses are used in our commercial activities and in evaluating capital investment opportunities. Prior to joining Enterprise in 2007, Mr. Chovanec was with El Paso Corporation for seven years where he had gas marketing and business development responsibilities, including leading the natural gas marketing and trading activities. Mr. Chovanec spent the early part of his career with Valero Energy Corporation where he focused on finance, strategic planning and business development.

    F. Christopher D'Anna
    Senior Vice President

    2020欧冠时间Mr. D’Anna was elected as Senior Vice President, Petrochemicals in May 2018. He has responsibility for all Petrochemical activities. Mr. D’Anna previously served as Vice President, Unregulated NGLs and Vice President, Marine Services. He has also served in other leadership positions in commercial development, NGL marketing, and petrochemicals. Mr. D’Anna has over 25 years of experience in the energy industry and began his career at Union Carbide and Dow Chemical prior to joining Enterprise in 2007. Mr. D’Anna earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Arkansas and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Houston.

    Vijay A. D'Cruz
    Senior Vice President, Legal

    Mr. D’Cruz was elected as Senior Vice President, Legal in January 2020. He is responsible for the company’s disputes, civil litigation, construction, eminent domain, land, regulatory, and environmental matters. He previously served as Vice President, Legal from April 2018 to January 2020 and as Vice President, Litigation from January 2015 to March 2018. Mr. D’Cruz has practiced law for 20 years and was formerly a partner in the Business Litigation, Energy and Construction sections of Locke Lord LLP. In this capacity, Mr. D’Cruz represented major energy companies in a broad range of disputes. Before practicing law, he earned his B.A. in Economics from Franklin & Marshall College in Lancaster, Pennsylvania and a J.D. from the University of Houston Law Center.

    Paul G. Flynn
    Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer

    Mr. Flynn was elected as Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer of Enterprise GP in April 2013. He served as Vice President and Chief Information Officer from February 2005 to March 2013 and previously served as Director, Information Services from October 2004 to February 2005. Mr. Flynn joined Enterprise through the merger with GulfTerra in 2004 where he served as the Director, Application Systems. Mr. Flynn previously held positions with El Paso, PG&E, Valero, and Tesoro Petroleum and has over 30 years of information technology experience.

    Natalie K. Gayden
    Senior Vice President

    Ms. Gayden was elected Senior Vice President, Natural Gas in September 2019. She is responsible for all natural gas activities. She previously served as Vice President, Distribution Services, as Director, Regulated Distribution, and as Director, Unregulated Distribution. Ms. Gayden earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Louisiana State University.

    Michael C. Hanley
    Senior Vice President

    Robert  E. Moss

    Mr. Moss was elected as Senior Vice President, Houston Region Operations in September 2019. He has responsibility for the safe and reliable operation of the Houston Region, which is includes the Mont Belvieu NGL Fractionation, Storage and Petrochemical complex. He previously served as Vice President, Houston Region Operations, as Director, Houston Region Plant Operations, and as Director, Technical Services. Mr. Moss has over 37 years of experience in the energy industry and began his career at Conoco Chemicals prior to joining Enterprise in 1993. Mr. Moss holds a Bachelor of Science of degree in Chemical Engineering from Texas A&M University.

    Bradley  Motal
    Senior Vice President

    2020欧冠时间Mr. Motal was elected as Senior Vice President, Liquid Hydrocarbons in September 2019 and has responsibility for our NGL and crude oil marketing activities. He previously served as Senior Vice President, Natural Gas Assets and Marketing, as Vice President, NGL Fractionation, Storage and Unregulated Pipelines, as Vice President, Western Gathering and Processing, as Senior Director, Gas Supply and Processing, and as Director, Commercial Operations. Prior to joining Enterprise, Mr. Motal held commercial positions at Eagle Rock Energy Partners, PVR Midstream LLC, El Paso Field Services, and PG&E Gas Transmission. Mr. Motal received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from the University of Houston-Downtown.

    Angie M.  Murray
    Senior Vice President

She has responsibility for the pipeline control, engineering, asset integrity, procurement and land functions throughout the company. Ms. Murray previously served as Vice President of Western Operations, Vice President of Technical Services and Vice President of Capital Projects. Prior to joining Enterprise in 2011, Ms. Murray held positions of increasing responsibility at Fluor Corporation where she started her career as a Process Engineer. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Texas and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Houston. Ms. Murray is also a registered Professional Engineer in the state of Texas.

    Kevin M. Ramsey
    Senior Vice President

He previously served as Vice President of Capital Projects, as Vice President of Project Management, and as Vice President of Major Pipelines and Gas Processing Facilities.     Karen D. Taylor
    Senior Vice President, Human Resources

    Ms. Taylor was elected Senior Vice President, Human Resources in August 2016. Prior to joining Enterprise, she served as Senior Vice President, Human Resources for EnerVest, Ltd. She previously held leadership positions with GenOn Energy, Inc., RRI Energy, Inc., Reliant Energy, Inc., Houston Industries, and Arkla Inc. Ms. Taylor has over 30 years of energy industry experience having held various high level positions in human resources, accounting, financial reporting and analysis, internal and marketing communications, IT applications, and procurement. She holds a Masters of Professional Accountancy degree from Louisiana Tech University.
